Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Manager for our Retail department in NL. As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for supporting the local teams with different daily weekly and monthly tasks.
Qualifications :
- Detail oriented and structured.
- Familiar with google sheets.
- Full time availability from Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to shift priority in tasks.
- Being a hybrid team member.
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
Main duties:
- Youll be the link between different Retail teams like service claims handover coordination finance delivery and sales.
- Request internal registration documents to share with customers and chase them to get a signed copy back.
- Complete documentation to speed up the delivery process.
- Prepare invoicing checks for team Claims.
- Reach out to customers who have a claim with templates to manage timeline expectations.
- Finance checks.
- You will only be in contact with local customers via email.
- Daily team meeting via video call.

Additional Information :
The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 AlbaniaTirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
