The Opportunity
Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Facilities Engineer to join our team. The individual will be assigned tasks from both the Plant Maintenance and Machine Repair Team Leaders.
The Senior Facilities Engineer will also be responsible for:
- Coordination of multiple groups at Williams and our vendors
- Lead the installation and commissioning of capital equipment
- Lead the validation of capital purchases through execution of Acceptance Test Plans at both vendor and on-site locations
- Knowledge of construction methodologies building code OSHA and safety standards
- Working closely with project leadership and other functional groups to maintain schedule and budget
- Utilization of MS Project to track and manage project status
- Other technical physical and administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering is required Industrial Mechanical Electrical or Systems Engineering preferred.
- The position requires 4 years of relevant industrial manufacturing or construction experience.
- In-depth understanding of building infrastructure systems (electrical mechanical and plumbing); construction or manufacturing prior experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to use AutoCAD for generation of plant layouts; experience with Revit & Bluebeam Revu is a plus
- To be able to read and interpret building drawings and machine specifications at an advanced level
- Hands-on process development experience with turning milling grinding and/or polishing processes is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Project including the creation and maintenance of project schedules
- The qualified candidate must have an interest in working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Highly motivated and organized individual who is able to function independently as well as on a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel Project and PowerPoint)
- U. S. Citizenship is required
- Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
