Overview
Element has an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career within a Global TIC this role you will drive the sector people plan in conjunction with Divisional and Group plans and acts as a single point of the contact for managers and employees in the business unit.
This role is based in Tuas Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Provide office administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation including managing office supplies stationeries incoming mails verification of invoices and payment for invoices
- Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors
- Responsible for recruitment process including advertising interview selection on-boardingoff-boarding payroll etc
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees and assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills / Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of human resource management experience is required for this position
Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
Good command of spoken written English and ability to deal with all issues of foreign workers
