Job Summary

The Capital Market Manager will be responsible for sourcing structuring and closing capital raises for new and existing projects within our vast Web3 ecosystem (including GameFi metaverse and platform infrastructure ventures). This is a high-impact results-driven role requiring expertise in both traditional finance (equity debt) and Web3 capital markets (token sales token warrants). You will be the primary financial architect and closer for the next generation of Web3 startups we launch and fund.
Responsibility
- Lead Fundraising Execution: Own the full lifecycle of the capital raise for multiple projects. You will be responsible for sourcing leads managing the pipeline and closing rounds across equity token and hybrid structures.
- Web3 Investor Network: Leverage and expand a deep active network of crypto-native VCs strategic angels family offices and liquidity providers. You know who is actively deploying capital and what narratives they are chasing.
- Narrative & Thesis Building: Translate complex technical roadmaps into high-conviction investment narratives. You must be able to craft pitch decks and memos that resonate with both institutional allocators and crypto-native/degen investors.
- Tokenomics & Deal Structuring: Collaborate with builders to design sustainable token economies (vesting utility value accrual). Structure competitive deals using hybrid instruments (e.g. SAFE Token Warrants) that align long-term incentives.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a pulse on the meta. Provide real-time insights on valuation trends (FDV vs. MC) liquidity preferences and shifting market sentiment to time our raises effectively.
- Due Diligence & Negotiation: Manage the due diligence process with speed and precision. Negotiate term sheets to ensure favorable valuation caps and investor rights while maintaining deal momentum.
- Strategic IR: managing relationships with investors post-investment ensuring they remain engaged and supportive through TGE (Token Generation Event) and beyond.
Qualification
- Experience: 36 years of experience in Venture Capital Investment Banking or a capital markets role within a high-growth Web3 organization.
- Proven Track Record: You have tangible experience raising funds or managing deal flow. You understand the mechanics of closing a round.
- Crypto-Native Fluency: You are deeply immersed in the space. You understand DeFi primitives the difference between L1s and L2s and are active in the community. You are comfortable discussing on-chain data and market cycles.
- Financial & Technical Literacy: You can build a financial model in Excel and understand a token vesting schedule. You are polished enough for board meetings but native enough for Telegram/Discord.
- Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where market conditions change weekly. You are self-directed and result-oriented.
