The Opportunity
As a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager you will lead teams in delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients helping them optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic growth. Youll work with high-performing teams engage with executive stakeholders and contribute to practice development and sales activities. Your leadership will help build an inclusive culture and foster high-performing teams.
In this role you will build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy. You will provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines costs and quality while leading both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of technology solutions and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager you will play a pivotal role in the effective management and delivery of complex processes solutions and projects. You will navigate operational and organizational dynamics while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills and expand your professional network. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Decision Intelligence Implementations: Manage end-to-end implementation of decision intelligence platforms (e.g. Aera Palantir) including project estimation initiation planning design build and deployment.
- Document Business Requirements: Capture and translate business requirements system design and transformation goals for supply chain decision intelligence projects.
- Process Optimization: Partner with clients to analyze current-state supply chain processes and define future-state processes aligned with business objectives.
- Data Migration Leadership: Oversee data migration activities from a supply chain perspective ensuring data integrity and readiness for decision intelligence tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Guide users and development teams on issues related to the implementation of supply chain decision intelligence solutions across planning procurement inventory and logistics management.
- Application Configuration & Testing: Configure decision intelligence applications per requirements and lead/conduct testing phases
- Project Documentation: Develop project documentation including functional and technical documentation test scripts and training materials to support user adoption and change management.
- Training Leadership: Lead training strategy and planning to ensure successful user enablement and adoption of decision intelligence solutions.
- Post Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support after solution deployment to ensure sustained performance and value realization.
- Resource & Budget Management: Manage project resources and budgets ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Guide teams in identifying business requirements functional and process design prototyping testing training and support procedures.
- Program Leadership: Participate in program governance leadership and change enablement activities.
- Business Development: Support practice leadership in creating proposals budgets and workplans and participate in other business development activities.
- Travel Flexibility: Be willing to travel as needed to support client engagements.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Typically no less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience.
- Deep experience in supply chain management analytics or decision intelligence platforms.
- Two to three years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g. Aera Palantir or similar).
- Experience working with ERP solutions (SAP S4 Oracle Fusion Cloud etc.) to manage supply chain processes or perform supply chain analysis.
- At least one recent (within the last 3 years) full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform including requirements gathering process design testing go-live and support.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Products Healthcare Life Sciences Oil and Gas Manufacturing Technology or Telecommunications
- Flexibility and ability to travel as required.
Ideally Youll Also Have
- Experience with predictive analytics scenario modeling or supply chain optimization.
- Experience with mobile supply chain solutions and advanced scheduling/dispatch tools.
- Masters degree in Information Technology Business Administration Supply Chain or a related field.
- Broader experience with supply chain platforms (e.g. SAP IBP Oracle SCM Kinaxis).
- Desire to work in an information systems environment.
- Experience with cloud-based supply chain solutions and related tools.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142600 to $261500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171200 to $297200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.
