About the Role
Step into the world of global banking! As a Corporate Banking Intern you will gain hands-on experience in relationship management credit analysis and client servicing. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how we develop strategic financial solutions for multinational corporations and support their global operations.
What Youll Do
- Assist in preparing Annual Credit Reviews (ACR) ad-hoc requests covenant checks and other credit-related matters.
- Support credit analysis and financial statement reviews.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to support client strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a recognized higher learning institution in Malaysia pursuing a degree in Banking Finance Economics Business or related fields where internship is a mandatory component for course completion.
- Final-year student with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- Available to work full-time for 10 weeks starting January 2026.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
- Strong interest in Global Corporate Banking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
Note:
Interns will receive an allowance of RM1500 per month.
