As a Data Scientist you will utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will help optimize processes forecast future trends and develop data-driven strategies. You will also be responsible for building predictive models creating data visualizations and supporting proactive data-informed decision-making aligned with the organizations objectives. Your expertise in data science will play a crucial role in uncovering actionable insights and driving continuous improvement within the Customer Support & Cloud Lifecycle Management (CSUP & CLM) organization.

What youll build

• Analyse and interpret cross-organizational data to uncover trends patterns and dependencies.
• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms (e.g. regression clustering classification time-series forecasting) to predict future trends and outcomes.
• Create visualizations and generate actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and effectively communicate findings and trends to business units.
• Make use of storytelling techniques to prepare engaging presentations to different audiences particularly senior management and executives.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Continuously enhance data processes analytical methods and modelling techniques to optimize decision-making

What you bring:

• Knowledge of Database Data Management SQL and Artificial Intelligence
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement KPIs that align with business objectives.
• Familiarity with SAP technologies and platforms.
• Analytical skills with the ability for abstract thinking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
