Oakville Nissan is looking for a Service Advisor. This position is an important part of the service team within the dealership and requires a committed detail-oriented individual. Must be available on evenings and weekends.

Our philosophy is to treat people like family. We would not recommend someone to do something that we would do on our own vehicle. Recommending and selling services based on what our technicians assessment is.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests
- Booking appointments
- Writing up work orders
- Being responsible for work orders in the shop
- Provide information from the technician to the customer about their vehicle
- Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician
- Follow up with guests and keep them updated
- Explain all work performed and charges
- Assist colleagues with tasks needed
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Basic automotive mechanical knowledge is a bonus
- Dealership CRM experience is a major asset preference will be given to candidates with PBS experience
- Typing Skills
- Previous IMPORT Experience
- Excellent communication skills & phone manner
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
- Previous Service Advisor experience
