Location: My Place Hotel - Jamestown ND
Schedule: Part-Time AM Shifts Every Other Weekend Required

Were looking for a dependable detail-oriented and friendly individual to fill a Cross-Trained Guest Services & Laundry Attendant position. This unique role offers variety - working both at the Front Desk and in Laundry Operations - while helping create a welcoming experience for every guest.
What Youll Do
Front Desk Duties:
Greet and assist guests with check-in check-out and reservations
Handle payments and maintain accurate records
Answer phones provide local information and resolve guest concerns
Promote the Stay Rewarded loyalty program
Complete property walks and ensure hotel safety and cleanliness
Laundry Duties:
Wash dry fold and organize linens and towels
Keep laundry and linen areas clean and stocked
Assist housekeeping as needed
What Were Looking For
Reliable professional and positive attitude
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Friendly customer service mindset
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office helpful)
Ability to work every other weekend
What We Offer
$15.00 - $16.50/hour
