Job Summary
Position : Operations Lead: Healthcare Growth & Program Development
Work Hours (Client) : 8am - 5pm CST
Pay Range : $2000 - $3800 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : Latam South Africa Philippines or anywhere
Work Location : REMOTE

We are a fast-growing healthcare management organization based in South Texas supporting multiple internal medicine practices and expanding into new service lines.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Operations Lead to help us build and scale these initiatives. This is a non-clinical role that supports program development recruiting marketing and administrative operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Program Rollout Support:
Coordinate the launch and tracking of CCM RPM and BHI programs. Create simple timelines dashboards and progress updates.
- Recruiting & HR Management:
Identify screen and coordinate hiring for onshore staff (dietitians behavioral health professionals medical support). Manage onboarding documents contracts and rosters.
- Vendor & Project Coordination:
Work with external partners (labs software vendors marketing firms) to ensure timely setup and execution.
- Digital Marketing Oversight:
Manage website updates digital ad coordination and basic performance reporting (Google Ads Facebook SEO).
- Technical & Administrative Support:
Assist with accounting tasks (QuickBooks entries expense tracking) document management and dashboard reporting
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills Spanish is preferred
Experience: 5 years of related experience
- Strong English communication (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools (Microsoft 365 Google Workspace Trello/Asana QuickBooks or similar).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
