About the Opportunity
As a Retail Implementation Specialist youll support the delivery of new independent Metcash stores refurbishments and fit-outs through effective coordination between Metcash retailers and third parties. Youll play a key role in bringing retail projects to life ensuring theyre delivered on time on budget and to a high standard.
In this Role
- Plan and deliver DSA projects with clear timelines and budget adherence
- Support retailers and Metcash teams in executing store improvement projects
- Advise retailers on equipment upgrades and purchasing requirements
- Plan and execute store layout changes and branding designs
- Implement Retail Space Planograms and Base Range across stores
- Develop project plans and budgets including third-party support costs
- Manage multiple projects within restricted timeframes
Youre Likely a Match If
- Experience in supermarket fit-outs and refurbishments
- Basic project management and budgeting skills
- Ability to interpret plans and understand building regulations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Minimum 5 years project management experience in a similar role
