- Ensure clients receive a warm and welcoming experience during the intake process.
- Advocate for clients needs and help navigate barriers to accessing services.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of protocols and programs to improve service delivery.
- Engage in community outreach to raise awareness of available behavioral health services.
- Address any immediate client crises or urgent needs that arise during the intake process.
- Provide support and guidance to staff in handling challenging situations effectively.
- Manage scheduling and workflow for the intake team to ensure efficient operations.
- Participate in strategic planning and program evaluation efforts to enhance overall service quality.
- This role requires strong leadership excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering a compassionate and effective intake process in the behavioral health field.
Education Certificates Licenses Registrations: - Masters Degree in Social Work Counseling or Psychology
- State Licensure- LMSW LPC
- Valid Michigan Drivers License appropriate insurance and use of own vehicle.
Working Conditions: - Job responsibilities will be performed within an office environment.
- To perform this job successfully an individual must have the ability to work in a sitting position at a computer for up to 8 hours per day.
