Dispatcher / Booker Broadway Ford Truck
Location: St. Louis MO
Full-Time MondayFriday Schedule
Join our team at Broadway Ford Truck where we take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers and keeping their trucks running strong. Were looking for an organized dependable Dispatcher/Booker to help manage the daily workflow in our busy Service Department.

What Youll Do
Coordinate and schedule repair work to maximize shop productivity
Dispatch jobs to technicians based on skill level and availability
Communicate job status updates between technicians advisors and customers
Track progress of repair orders ensuring accurate documentation and timelines
Help manage parts coordination and follow up on special orders
Maintain an organized work log and repair order system
Support customer satisfaction by keeping service operations running efficiently
Assist with other service department tasks as needed
What Were Looking For
Prior experience in automotive service dispatching booking or a similar role preferred
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfort working in a fast-paced team environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership management systems a plus
Valid drivers license required
