Position Details:

• Shadowing members of theaccounting department as they perform their duties.

• Assistingwith research filing data entry and recording andmaintainingaccurateand completeaccountingrecords.

• Preparingaccountingreports such as balance sheets and income statements invoices and other documents.

• Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

• Learning how to work as part ofateam to compile and analyze data track information and support the company or clients.

• Taking onadditionaltasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

• Activelyparticipatesin the implementation of sustainable improvement processes such as 5S Kaizen Daily Management Control Standard Work and Problem Solving

Education: Currently enrolled inaBacheloror Masterdegree program preferablyinAccounting

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is typically required to regularly conduct work in a controlled office environment moving around the office as needed sitting at a desk using office equipment including but not limited to a personal computer fax machine copier and telephone.
