Position title: SAP Mexico Intern Technical Service Management

Location: Monterreyor CDMX México

Expected Start: December 2025*

Duration: 18 Months

We are seeking a student with a technical background to join our team as a Technical Service Management this role you will learn and support the delivery of high-quality technical managed services assisting Rise with SAP customers in their SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud adoption journey. You will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and close collaboration with other roles across SAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support reporting and follow-up of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Learn about and work with SAP platforms and cloud infrastructure.
  • Assist in technical delivery topics and technology discussions with customers.
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks related to service delivery.
  • Help introduce managed services scope roles and responsibilities during customer onboarding.
  • Contribute to issue resolution risk mitigation and escalation processes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive operational excellence and ensure a One SAP customer experience.
  • Support customer satisfaction through proactive issue mitigation and escalation management.
  • Learn to take part in leading technical delivery and managing system landscapes as part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) team.
  • Contribute to the setup and execution of the SAP overall governance model for each customer.
  • Collaborate closely with ECS Technical Operations to support operational topics including ticket handling and process follow-up.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Management Business Administration or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of IT and cloud concepts.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory); additional languages are an asset.
  • Interest in technical topics and motivation to learn.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong customer focus networking relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Competency in multi-tasking and managing multiple engagements in parallel.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.
  • Interested in working international and global virtual matrix organizations
