Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a leading Irish manufacturer experiencing significant growth and continued investment in its people systems and facilities. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production design and installation teams driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across all functions.

The Opportunity Lead End-to-End Operations
Youll be responsible for the smooth running of all operational functions including design manufacturing and installation. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior management to shape strategy optimise performance and ensure the delivery of world-class products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production planning scheduling and resource management
- Drive process improvements across quality safety and productivity
- Lead coach and develop operational teams and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with health safety and company standards
- Support new systems layouts and technologies to improve efficiency
The Person - A Proven People Leader
Were seeking a strong communicator and strategic thinker who can motivate teams manage change and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
You will have:
- 5 years experience in manufacturing or operations management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to deliver process and performance improvements
- Knowledge of Lean CI or similar methodologies
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- A third-level qualification in Business or a Technical discipline is desirable as is experience managing multi-shift teams in a manufacturing setting.
