Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Industrial Relations Business Administration or a closely related field. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in human resources with direct experience in either compensation programs or faculty contract processing . At least one (1) year of experience supervising leading or coordinating the work of others with demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and drive results. Proven ability to build positive trust-based relationships with institutional leaders and navigate complex dynamicsespecially when delivering difficult decisions or offering alternative solutions. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to serving employees students and campus partners with professionalism and empathy. Demonstrated analytical skills with experience interpreting and applying HR policy compensation data and workforce metrics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create clear documentation facilitate group processes and influence decisions through evidence-based reasoning.

Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification such as PHR SPHR SHRM -CP or SHRM - SCP . Experience working in a higher education unionized or mission-driven organization with varied employee classifications (faculty staff student workers). Demonstrated expertise in Title IX compliance employee relations investigations or workplace conflict resolution.
