Your Role with the Company:

Full time Monday-Friday
Monday: 7am-7pm Tuesday-Thursday: 7am-4pm Friday: 7am-12pm
No call No weekends
Full-scope primary care with an emphasis is on health outcomes preventative care and health coaching not patient volume and billing
Nurse Practitioner will provide Primary Care and Occupational Healthcare to our clients employees and families in a multi-specialty clinic
