What will you do
Assist in the management and operation of Backups and Storage services providing support to the team.
Contribute to the implementation of Backups and Storage strategies and projects.
Help maintain the performance and availability of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with other teams to understand their Backups and Storage requirements and support design and/or implementation.
Participate in the implementation of best practices and process improvements within the Backups and Storage services.
Assist in the development of Backups and Storage documentation including policies procedures and reports.
Contribute to the optimization of resource allocation for infrastructure tasks and projects.
Effective communication to provide support and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications
5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years in a similar role.
Proven experience in Backups and Storage technology management .
A continuous learner who stays abreast of industry trends and technology.
Relevant certifications are a plus such as:
Backups: Commvault TSM Veeam DPM HPE MSL
Storage: Huawei ECS Dell
Availability to work in a hybrid model (minimum 3 days on-site in the Lisbon Metro area).
Availability to participate in standby services (24x7) on a rotation basis with other team members.
