We are currently searching for a Automation Lead AI Testing:
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for AI-based systems and applications.
- Lead and guide QA automation activities ensuring high test coverage and reliability across AI components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists AI Engineers and Developers to ensure product quality and performance.
- Analyze and improve existing automation processes to align with AI testing requirements.
- Stay updated with AI and prompt engineering trends applying new methods to enhance automation strategies.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in QA Automation including test planning framework design and test execution.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium Cypress Playwright or similar).
- Experience with AI or prompt engineering concepts understanding how AI-driven systems behave and can be tested effectively.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g. Python Java JavaScript).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Desired:
- Exposure to AI model testing validation or monitoring tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing environments.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
