Role Information
You will provide first-line technical support to staff and students maintain hardware and software manage networked systems and assist with device setups and repairs. The successful candidate will be a problem-solver with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
Experience and Qualifications
Proven IT support experience (preferably in a school or education setting)
Good knowledge of Windows Microsoft 365 and networking
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Relevant IT qualifications (CompTIA Cisco or equivalent) desirable
Salary
Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
