We are seeking an enthusiastic ambitious and committed Business Teacher to join the successful faculty at an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary academy in the Hounslow area of West London.

This is a full-time permanent position starting in January 2026.

We Are Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• A relevant degree in Business or a closely related discipline.
• A proven track record as an excellent Business Teacher with mandatory experience teaching the subject to Key Stage 5 (A-Level or BTEC equivalent).
• A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities.
• The drive to uphold and contribute to the academys Outstanding standards.

Salary and Benefits

• Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
  • The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Outer London Pay Scale (The Outer London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately 37870 as of September 2025).
• A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of 2000 per annum.
