Job Summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit Team Lead Surveillance Controller for their Gaming studios in Bogota Colombia.
Position: Team Lead Surveillance Controller

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead daily surveillance operations to ensure compliance with internal security procedures and industry standards
- Review and validate reported incidents ensuring timely follow-up accurate documentation and coordination with relevant departments
- Conduct detailed analysis of roulette wheels and gaming systems to detect irregularities and uphold fairness
- Perform testing of surveillance systems to identify technical issues and coordinate fixes with technical teams
- Monitor both physical and online environments to identify and report suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Maintain clear and accurate records of incidents tests and investigations for compliance and reporting purposes
- Manage and support a team of analysts defining workflows setting goals and monitoring performance
- Provide regular operational updates and analytical insights to management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Surveillance Operator within iGaming live casino risk or fraud prevention environments
- Proven experience managing teams and ensuring adherence to operational and compliance standards
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify irregularities and propose corrective actions
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools for data analysis and reporting
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Willingness to work flexible shifts within a 24/7 operational schedule
- High level of integrity attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
