Compensation: $225 per week bonuses for each closed client
We are seeking an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to support a growing home-care services company by identifying new business opportunities making outbound calls and setting qualified appointments. This is a part-time remote role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving early-stage environment and can create meaningful connections through warm professional communication.
This role plays a critical part in expanding our client base and supporting families seeking reliable non-medical home care.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 30 outbound cold calls per day to potential clients
Set qualified appointments for the company owner
Build rapport and maintain warm communication with prospects
Identify and connect with key decision-makers
Generate referrals during calls and follow-ups
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and readiness
Track interactions and prospect details in internal systems
Maintain consistent outreach cadence and professional communication
Meet weekly and monthly activity goals
Required
2 years of cold-calling experience
Strong B2B sales or appointment-setting background
C1 English proficiency
Ability to qualify leads and ask the right questions
Comfortable handling objections and rejection
Tech-savvy (CRM or tracking tools)
Professional communication and strong phone presence
Independent reliable and self-motivated
Preferred
Experience in healthcare home care or service-based industries
Customer service background
Experience sourcing or generating your own leads
