Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through chat to assist with inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
- Document all interactions and troubleshoot issues for continual improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Proficient in using chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience handling live chat interactions and knowledge of chat best practices.
- Familiarity with media production or the creative industry is a plus.
