Your Role
As a Scientific Research Associate (Regulatory & Product) youll work directly with our founders Lorian Julia and Ben supporting strategic initiatives in regulation product development and go-to-market execution. Youll gain hands-on insight into how a regulated fintech operates and help shape our MiCAR and DORA frameworks - key pillars of Atryas licensing and product roadmap.
This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving environment where ownership and execution matter bridging disciplines between tech regulation and product.
Tasks
- Support the founders in regulatory and product-related topics (MiCAR DORA PSD3 AML).
- Help draft compliance frameworks risk procedures and documentation for licensing.
- Assist in building back-office operations in Greece or Latvia.
- Contribute to productmarket fit and assist with product design for stablecoin-based payments.
- Build flowcharts and process maps for internal and regulatory use.
- Conduct market and regulatory research across the EU fintech landscape.
- Collaborate with tech and operations teams to align compliance and product requirements.
- Prepare documentation for investors regulators and partners (e.g. PwC legal advisors).
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Business Law Finance or Economics.
- Hands-on ownership structured and analytical with a bias toward execution.
- Able to use standard tools (e.g. PowerPoint) independently; proactive and detail-oriented.
- Communicates clearly in English (German is a plus).
- Interest in fintech regulation (MiCAR DORA PSD3 AML) and digital assets.
- Reliable curious and eager to learn directly from the founders.
