Job Summary

Title: Earnix or Ratabase Developer

Location: Plano/San Antonio TX

Duration: Long term contract

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain rating and pricing models using Earnix or Ratabase platforms.
Extract and translate business rules into system configurations and analytical frameworks.
Build validate and review statistical models to predict customer behavior risk and demand.
Lead development and implementation of banking and insurance analytics products and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical insights and process improvements.
Drive research and analytical initiatives both independently and collaboratively.
Provide training mentorship and technical support to team members for skill enhancement.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality performance and compliance standards.

Skill Requirements

8 years of experience in analytics data modeling or rating system development.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Earnix or Ratabase coupled with strong Python programming skills.
Proven experience in rules extraction and configuration management.
Strong understanding of data analytics tools (Python R SQL etc.).
Exposure to NLP reinforcement learning and deep learning techniques.
Solid experience in the P&C insurance domain.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage projects and drive deliverables independently.
