Job Summary

MW Partners is currently seeking a Content Associate Asset Management to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creative software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

Ensure assets we receive are systematically organized and meet ingestion requirements
Review analyze and audit assets and metadata against guidelines and standards for various acquisition initiatives
Track volume targets across various asset parameters and collect information to communicate updates to stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with Content teams to troubleshoot issues and further streamline workflow improvements

Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management or similar
Strong experience with advanced Excel required
Familiarity with Tableau PowerBI Amplitude and the ability to combine and synthesize information from several sources into a coherent narrative
Familiarity with Adobes Creative applications and curiosity about/experience with content creation processes
Understanding of licensing and rights and clearances as it relates to content creation
Knowledge of the stock industry media or digital content platforms is a plus
Experience with python bash or other scripting languages a plus
