Responsible for the accurate stocking of product to meet company standards of safety security and productivity.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Product inspection to Device Master Record.
2. Supports the Company Quality Policy Mission Statement and ISO Quality System.
3. Unloads material in a timely manner.
4. Separates pallets by item and/or lot numbers.
5. Verifies Product ID lot numbers and quantities on QA Release vs. material received.
6. Notifies Supervisor of any discrepancies.
7. Stocks materials by item and/or lot number in designated bin locations.
8. Stocks materials on FIFO basis.
9. Enters transactions in SAP in a timely manner.
10. Performs and records Operators Daily checklist inspection and change equipment batteries as needed.
11. Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner
12. Notifies supervisor of any unsafe acts equipment or re-occurring error codes.
13. Maintains a clean neat and orderly work area.
14. Participates in physical inventory count.
SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs additional duties as directed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. High School Diploma General Education Degree or equivalent required.
2. Minimum one (1) month of related experience and/or training required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
1. Fingering: Picking pinching typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.
2. Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists hands and/or fingers.
3. Handling: Seizing holding grasping turning or otherwise working with hands. Fingers are involved only to the extent that they are an extension of the hand.
4. Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
5. Visual Acuity: Closely viewing in order to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; inspection involving small defects small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
