Job Summary

Job Title- Sr. Business Systems Analyst ServiceNow

Project Location Its Hybrid (Reston VA 2 days in a week onsite).

Project Duration- full time

Visa-: US Citizen GC (need strong communication)

Job Description-:

This is Business Analyst first they need to be able to collaborate map work through issues with developers manage process etc. They need to be able to work closely with developers but they wont be hands on development.

Good comm skills are critical.

MUST have:

8 years of IT experience (or 6 with a masters) with a strong background in ServiceNow modules as an Analyst.

Experience with Software Asset Management (SAM)/ Hardware Asset Management (HAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices for both on-prem and SaaS environments. Exposure to ITOM preferred.
