Job Summary
CANNOT REQUEST OFF CHRISTMAS WEEK 5/2 Split schedule is 5 on 2 off 2 on 5 off large level I trauma center and do a lot of OR and fluoro must have extensive OR experience NO travel pair if they want the same schedule Travel pairs can NOT request the same schedule - no exceptions Start date: ASAP Ratios: Years of Experience REQ: Minimum 1 year First-timers Accepted: Y/N: No Weekend REQ: Yes Certs REQ: ARRT Cert Is on-call REQ No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Float within scope ED IP OP OR portables Open to accommodating block schedule Locals accepted: 25 mile rad Pending License accepted No RTO Restrictions: No holiday weeks and will need RTO requests ahead of time preferably during interview Guaranteed Hours: Schedule as follows: 5/2 split - every other weekend required Special Requirements: Extensive OR to include O-ARm GE/ siemens Xray equip hospital exp required - prefer large volume hospital
