Main Accountabilities:
Induction of new BA/DBA to meet business/ operational requirements.
Planning for network and route to achieve desired service level.
Developing and implementing SOPs for route & monitoring its implementation.
Developing and implementing the operational strategy to drive revenue by reducing operational cost.
Monitoring expenses incurred upon BA/ DBA vehicles monitoring BA/ DBA vehicle rate v/s market rates of vehicles.
Review of operational performance of BA/ DBA vehicles & suggest if any changes required.
Visiting Customers/ Branches to analyze data preparing reports and awareness among employees for thrust areas.
Taking corrective & preventive action for improving operational efficiency monitoring customer complaints and transit time.
Planning development of the team training them to address operational problems.
Qualification:
Education - Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience - Total 5 - 8 years .
Knowledge Skills Abilities and Competencies:
The Candidate should be from the express logistics Industry.
Experience in fleet and vendor management.
Knowledge of MV Act Contract Act Intra & Interstate Excisable goods Transport Act etc.
Should be IT Savvy (Excel power-point word web browsing mails etc
