Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administration and configuration of the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
Work with cross-functional teams - Sales Procurement and Legal - to address CLM-related issues enhancements and process improvements.
Coordinate with Icertis consultants for technical and functional updates issue resolution and new feature deployments.
Understand and manage Salesforce configurations and integrations with Icertis.
Support CLM workflows templates and clause configurations aligned with UiPaths internal contracting processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
Maintain documentation for configurations workflows and integration setups.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and change management activities during new releases.
Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on new CLM functionalities.
Contribute to solutioning discussions offering insights for process optimization and automation opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and best practices.
Hands-on experience in Icertis configuration workflow setup templates and clause library management.
Knowledge of Salesforce configurations and CLM integration points.
Good understanding of legal processes buy-side and sell-side contracting workflows.
Ability to analyze complex integrations and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to work across teams and regions.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for system performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
Certified Icertis Administrator or Practitioner preferred.
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes including requirements gathering testing and training.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree (or higher) preferably with a focus in Law Business or Technology.
6 8 years of overall experience with at least 3 5 years in Icertis CLM implementation or administration.
Experience working with other CLM tools like Apttus Conga or DocuSign CLM is a plus.
Proven experience collaborating with project managers developers and vendor teams in an enterprise setup.
