Job Title: Content Analyst

Shift: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Position Overview
The Content Analyst support the creation coordination and maintenance of digital content across multiple platforms. This role ensures a high-quality online experience through effective content management collaboration with internal teams and adherence to corporate branding and digital standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate develop and maintain internal and external websites to ensure a consistent professional presentation.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate tasks to support timely publishing of digital content.
- Enter edit and format web content using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as OpenText TeamSite WordPress CoreMedia or Adobe.
- Ensure compliance with company policies digital standards and accessibility requirements.
- Research and summarize data trends and insights to support digital strategy and content improvement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and web content.
- Collaborate with marketing legal and product teams to maintain accurate product and service information.
- Support brand consistency and digital communication across divisions.
- Track and manage multiple projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain sensitive company information securely and confidentially.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 6 months of experience coordinating projects or the work of others.
- 7 12 months of experience using structured content management processes or tools.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (OpenText WordPress CoreMedia Adobe).
- Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) tools such as Akeneo InRiver or Plytix.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of Agile/Kanban methodologies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to complex systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with business partners across multiple divisions.
- Familiarity with Siteimprove or other website optimization tools.
- Experience developing or delivering training on digital tools and workflows.
Education
- Associate Degree or equivalent in Marketing Communications or related field.
