Job Title: .NET Technical Developer ( C# Oracle 19c Azure DevOps Financial Systems)

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

Led project management communications including team meetings customer interfaces issue resolution with CTO and status reporting to IT leadership and agency executives using Microsoft Project and Excel.
Designed and architected applications utilizing C# WCF MVC Bootstrap HTML JavaScript JQuery XML ASPOSE GIS address validation and PGP encryption.
Served as technical lead development teams on complex financial projects overseeing development implementation and delivery.
Architected and managed Oracle 19c databases including XML DB PL/SQL triggers and stored procedures supporting multi-agency complex data environments.
Assisted stakeholders in data analysis business rule gathering and secure implementation of business intelligence solutions using Microsoft SSRS and COGNOS BI reporting.
Implemented CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps including automated builds release pipelines and work item management to streamline development and deployment.
Ensured successful integration and interface support for critical financial and administrative systems enabling timely vendor payments and safeguarding organizational operations.
