  • Guide and coordinate daily work for the team to keep production moving smoothly.
  • Onboard and coach new hires building a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee production quality and process compliance with company standards.
  • Plan schedules and assign work to balance capacity and deadlines.
  • Lead regular stand-ups to share goals updates and feedback.
  • Champion safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance across the floor.
  • Partner with leadership to spot bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Maintain clear accurate records of output quality and performance.
What you bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven success leading teams in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Confident people leadership with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Calm decisive problem-solving under time pressure.
  • Working knowledge of workplace safety standards and best practices.
  • Comfort with basic computer tools and production software.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours and overtime when required.
