- Guide and coordinate daily work for the team to keep production moving smoothly.
- Onboard and coach new hires building a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Oversee production quality and process compliance with company standards.
- Plan schedules and assign work to balance capacity and deadlines.
- Lead regular stand-ups to share goals updates and feedback.
- Champion safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance across the floor.
- Partner with leadership to spot bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Maintain clear accurate records of output quality and performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven success leading teams in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Confident people leadership with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Calm decisive problem-solving under time pressure.
- Working knowledge of workplace safety standards and best practices.
- Comfort with basic computer tools and production software.
- Flexibility to work variable hours and overtime when required.
