Job Summary

This is a full-time remote role for an In-home Windows Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting in-home sales presentations of our window products providing exceptional customer service and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs recommending solutions maintaining knowledge of product offerings and training customers on product features and benefits.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in remote work and virtual communication tools
Previous experience in the window or home improvement industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred
