Prepare case-specific documents including memoranda
Monitor all case deadlines
Conduct case investigation
Communicate with clients witnesses and experts
Maintain and update Filevine our data base system
Assist with Discovery Requests and Responses
Draft Pleadings and Letters
Assist with Trial Preparation
Draft Demand Letters
Prepare Power Point Presentations
Draft Chronologies

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal for a minimum of five years
Certification Associates Degree or higher is preferred
Familiarity with legal procedures terminology and the Texas court systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized
Excellent research skills
Microsoft Office Excel Power Point and case management software
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Self-Starter
Flexible
Team Player
