The opportunity:
Hitachi Ltd. is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support various Human Resources functions. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a global technology company contributing to a positive and efficient employee experience.
How youll make an impact:
You will assist the HR team with administrative tasks including data entry filing and document preparation support recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
You will contribute to the onboarding process for new employees preparing materials and assisting with initial paperwork.
You will support maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events training sessions or employee engagement initiatives.
You will conduct basic research on HR best practices industry trends and compliance requirements provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:
Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity proactive self-motivated and eager to learn.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
