On behalf of our client - a newly established FDI company specializing in renewable energy development across solar battery storage and distributed energy solutions for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers - we are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
Backed by regional investors this fast-growing business is well-funded and embarking on an ambitious journey to develop and build over 150 MW of clean energy projects in the next three years.
As a Sales Support Executive youll play a key role in driving business success supporting sales operations business development and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a company shaping the future of clean energy in Vietnam.
Sales Coordination & Pipeline Management
Support the sales team in managing leads proposals and client follow-ups.
Maintain and update CRM/sales trackers to ensure data accuracy.
Assist in preparing pitch decks proposals and contracts.
Monitor timelines to ensure on-time submissions in line with client requirements.
Market & Customer Research
Conduct market research on potential clients competitors and industry trends.
Prepare briefing notes and insights to support client meetings and sales activities.
Customer Engagement & Admin Support
Coordinate scheduling logistics and communication with clients and partners.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Support marketing and promotional events (online/offline).
Collaborate with teams and management to finalize proposals and client deliverables.
Reporting & Internal Support
Support reporting pipeline updates and KPI tracking for management.
Assist in operational and administrative tasks related to project development.
Job Requirements
Must-have:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics Engineering or related field.
14 years of experience in sales coordination business development support or executive assistant roles.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and similar tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in rooftop solar (C&I) sector renewable energy utilities industrial or infrastructure sectors.
Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
Strong presentation and business document preparation skills.
Basic data analysis skills (Excel Power BI etc.).
Passion for sustainability and clean energy.
