Job Summary

Our client is a leading financial corporation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

Partner with the Branch Director to shape and execute business strategies ensuring revenue growth market expansion and achievement of key performance targets.
Drive initiatives to grow the branchs client base across both individual and institutional segments enhancing brokerage and investment advisory performance.
Oversee workforce planning talent development and performance evaluation to build a motivated and results-driven team culture.
Support overall branch operations and ensure smooth execution of daily activities. Take ownership of branch performance and deliver regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher in Finance Banking Economics or Business Administration.
Professional certification in Financial Analysis or Fund Management (SSC-issued) is an advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in the finance securities or banking sectors.
Minimum 3 years in a senior management role.
Strong client network particularly among high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

In-depth knowledge of capital markets including equities bonds and financial advisory services.
Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends and their influence on investment markets.
Proven leadership strategic planning and execution management skills.
Excellent communication problem-solving and team-building abilities.
Capable of performing under high pressure and driving team collaboration effectively.
