Job Summary

Job Title : Road Safety Advisor

Experience : 10-16 Years

Location : Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate global driving safety programs and ensure alignment with organizational safety standards (OMS 3.7).
Administer and manage the SMART Champion Network promoting consistency and engagement in safety practices.
Develop and execute safety initiatives campaigns and recognition programs to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain and analyze driving safety data (DSQ IRIS eVerify SMART App) to support safety performance decisions.
Conduct risk assessments support incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
Provide expert guidance on safety compliance performance standards and regulatory requirements.
Support training programs capability development and sharing of best safety practices across teams.
Collaborate globally with HSE teams and leadership to promote a strong safety culture.
Use data analytics and trends to design proactive safety improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective communication engagement and reporting to maintain transparency in safety performance.

Requisites

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in a technical or safety-related field; formal HSE certification preferred.
Strong exposure to health safety and environmental (HSE) or operational safety management roles.
In-depth knowledge of safety management systems compliance standards (e.g. OMS ISO 45001 ISO 14001).
Proven ability in road safety program management risk control and stakeholder coordination.
Skilled in using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Power Apps Excel etc.).
Ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams.
