Job Summary
New Paradigm Staffing is looking for an efficient and personable Entry-Level Medical Scheduler to join our nationwide team of remote healthcare professionals.
As a scheduler youll play a key role in supporting patient access to care by coordinating appointments managing schedules and ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers.
What Youll Do
- Schedule confirm and reschedule patient appointments
- Verify insurance details and obtain referrals when necessary
- Update patient records in EHR systems accurately
- Communicate with medical offices and patients to coordinate scheduling needs
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
