As a Senior Test Engineer you will:

Design and implement a comprehensive test automation framework from scratch using Python and Databricks.
Develop and execute a data-driven testing strategy aligned with the organizations business rule model.
Build re-usable modular testing components to ensure framework maintainability scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Mentor and guide QA engineers across multiple squads fostering best practices in automation and quality assurance.

68 years of professional experience in software testing and automation.
Proven hands-on expertise in Python for building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
Experience working with Databricks in a testing and validation context.
Strong understanding of data-driven testing methodologies and test framework design principles.
Demonstrated ability to coach or mentor QA professionals and enhance team capability.

You Should Possess the Ability To:

Independently design develop and deploy automation solutions from the ground up.
Analyze complex business rules and translate them into effective automated test scenarios.
Troubleshoot optimize and scale test frameworks for performance and reliability.
Communicate effectively with developers analysts and QA teams to ensure alignment on test coverage and quality standards.
