Job Summary

Role: Telecaller Female Candidates Preferred
Location: Tatabad Coimbatore
Experience: Minimum 2 years in telecalling/customer engagement preferred.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound queries with professionalism and resolve concerns.

Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.

Provide excellent pre- and post-enrolments support to ensure student satisfaction.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in telecalling or customer engagement is a plus.

Candidates with experience in banking credit card sales or customer service preferred.

Ability to work proactively and meet targets consistently.
