Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Backend Engineers with strong backend skills to join our growing technology team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance backend systems and APIs supporting large-scale digital platforms across retail finance and commerce domains.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain backend services and APIs using NestJS / Java / Python.
Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for database and caching layers.
Collaborate with frontend engineers (React) to build scalable maintainable systems.
Implement secure well-tested and optimized backend logic for high-traffic applications.
Participate in code reviews architectural discussions and CI/CD improvements.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.

Primary Skillsets

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
5 years of backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: NestJS (TypeScript) Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask).
Database experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
Experience integrating backend APIs with React frontend is a plus.
Understanding of RESTful API design microservices and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
