Job Summary

As a Quantity Surveying Trainee your role is about managing the costs of a project. This will include preparing tender and contract documents weighing up commercial risks procuring the best supply chain and managing payments for completed work.

Our programme will give you a great foundation; you will get exposure to many areas of our business through placements in different disciplines such as Site Management Estimating and Design Management to develop your understanding of the construction business as a whole and not just your chosen specialism of Quantity Surveying.

Our Degree Apprenticeship programme is 4 to 5 years in duration (depending upon your qualification/experience) and will give you the chance to earn while you learn and give you valuable work experience alongside part-time study for a qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon. Upon graduation from the programme you will progress into an Assistant Quantity Surveyor role.
