Our Apprenticeship Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while developing essential skills for a long-term career in Digital AI.

Over the course of 16 months youll engage in a blend of structured workplace and theoretical classroom-based learning and where applicable practical experience.

As a Digital & AI Apprentice you will work alongside experienced automation and AI professionals supporting day-to-day activities such as analysing processes preparing documentation helping with low-complexity automation tasks and learning how automation and AI technologies operate within enterprise environments.

Location: London Birmingham Crewe

Start Date: February 2026

BPSS clearance: required or eligibility essential.

What You Will Do:

• Support Automation Delivery: Help gather requirements from teams and stakeholders under supervision.
• Learn & Apply Digital / AI Skills: - Learn good practices around data quality testing basic scripting concepts and workflow logic.
• Operational & Admin Support: Assist with meeting notes RAID logs and simple reporting activities.
• Collaboration - Work closely with automation developers project managers and account teams.

Who Were Looking For:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above)
• Enthusiastic team players with a desire to learn and grow

Skills Were Looking For:

• Interest in technology automation AI or digital processes.
• Willingness to learn with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (with curiosity to grow into automation and AI concepts).
