About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Product Portfolio Lead (Storage) to define coordinate and deliver storage solutions within a large-scale hybrid cloud platform. The role covers the strategic direction and operational execution of storage services supporting application teams across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the strategy and roadmap for Object File & Block and Storage Manager portfolios
Drive the transition from NetApp-based storage to Ceph
Coordinate the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to operational support
Translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications and delivery roadmaps
Align product development with programme-level architecture and infrastructure strategy
Lead communication of portfolio KPIs delivery status and roadmap updates
Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and standards
Requirements
Profile Requirements
7 years of experience in IT infrastructure with strong focus on storage technologies
3 years in product management product ownership or portfolio leadership
In-depth understanding of object file and block storage systems (e.g. NetApp Ceph)
Experience with automation and lifecycle management of storage platforms
Familiarity with cloud-native storage patterns and containerised environments (Kubernetes CSI)
Strong product management and stakeholder coordination skills
Fluent English (C1); German is an advantage
