Job Position: Market Research Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
The Market Research Specialist is responsible for the development and management of all market research and studies periodically as required but not limited to the real estate industry. The Market Research Specialist must be able to autonomously analyze qualitative data trends strategies and competition on a national regional and international scale.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
Development of periodic and on-demand (AdHoc) research;
Continuous monitoring of competition projects and real-time notification of relevant developments in the market and industry;
Searching and finding potential partners for business development inside and outside Albania;
Preparation of various presentations related to Real Estate and related fields.
Preparation of reports related to marketing activities;
The conception of questionnaires;
Cooperation with providers for the realization of market research and marketing research (mystery shopping UA survey etc.);
Development of AdHoc tasks according to requirements;
Determines the research areas for which the company may need more information;
Collects records and analyzes data using traditional and modern data collection methods;
Hand out research results and conclusions to stakeholders;
Utilizes search results to compile reports;
Cooperates with other teams working groups partner companies and institutions;
Understands business objectives and design surveys/questionnaires to gain perspective on customer preferences.
Requirements
Working Experience:
Have experience in market research and marketing research.
Other Qualifications:
Have experience in using research techniques.
Very good situation management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Very good knowledge of Albanian and English. Other languages are an advantage.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint software.
Ability to work under pressure tight deadlines and volume of work.
Flexibility to work beyond official working hours.
